Shipping and Returns



We ship orders across India. You can expect your order to arrive between 3- 5 full business days (after dispatch) depending on where you are shipping to. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within India. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays by couriers due to loss in transit.  Orders are shipped from Bangalore, India.

The approximate delivery time is between 5 – 8 business days depending on the country of destination. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays. Newbury and Co. is not responsible for any delays at this time and returned or refused orders will be charged a handling & original shipping costs on all International orders. Delivery to an International address may require the consignee to pay additional fees such as duties, taxes, and brokerage fees as mandated by the government for which the shipment is received. You should check with your local government agency for details. All such taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by Newbury and Co.

After orders are shipped, Newbury and Co. will send you via email your tracking number and the link to your parcel.  We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched nor do we have any control over international customs or import duties and shipping times. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, incorrect delivery details, order changes, stock availability, or errors.

Return & Exchange Policy

All of our candles are made in India and mindfully hand-crafted. We personally pack every order with the utmost care and attention.  We hope that you are delighted with your order.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if your delivery is either not what you ordered or damaged. You can return your product for store credit or a different product. We ask you to provide additional documentation, such as photos, for any products reported as damaged when received. To initiate a return or exchange email with your order number.  Please wait for our response by email before returning the goods. We may correspond with you by email to discuss the condition of the goods you wish to return.

Please note, all returned products including boxes must be in the condition that they were sent in. Ensure all boxes are adequately protected when returning as any damage will be the customers' responsibility and may result in a fee.
